a sliding scale, with dāna options.

1:1 sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $150–$180 for 50 minutes. dāna (donation-based) sessions are available; se students may qualify for scholarship rates. group sessions vary by class length and format.

i am dr. neera malhotra.

my work supports exploring a meaningful life rooted in healing, integrity, purpose, groundedness, and joy. as humans, we cannot escape pain; however, we can prevent ourselves from suffering by finding meaning in it.

to me, the most significant meaning of being alive is to be with the pain, seek wisdom from it, and not look away. living authentically is the ability to sustain the reality of who we are and the existence of who we desire to become.
