My approach

  • Deep listening: I have a deep respect for the healing and spiritual journey we experience from the moment of being conceived in our mother’s womb to our last breath. I am here to listen to you with all my presence and invite you to cultivate deep listening to your body.

  • embodied container: I offer a wide container as support to explore the intergenerational journey of deep transformation. My role is to offer a compassionate slow presence as an invitation to dive into your healing process.

  • education/awareness: I offer awareness of the neurobiology of healing and contemplative somatic healing as we move along in our process.

my work is informed by the methods and practices of somatic psychology, contemplative practices, yogic science, somatic writing, and expressive arts.
